These googly eyes are for all plant lovers. These eyeballs, beautiful slipcased with imperial porcelain clay, are the perfect touch for all your plants. Made in celebration of our plant music work, these eyeballs come together as a package, with seeds to plant, and the actual plant recordings taken from that specific plant, enabled by the use of our the Plant Wave.
We currently have tomato, basil and peppermint available.
Price includes free delivery, due to the current Covid situation.
If you're interested in just the plant music, we have these available as digital downloads here on our bandcamp page.
I've been working with the Plant Wave over the past year or so, a contraption that turns the electrical energetic currents of any living being, plant, even food items, and turns them into music.
Plant music is featured in our concerts, in the latest upcoming recordings and on our YouTube channel. However, I wanted to release various plant music tracks in their own right, and here is the first of them, featuring the sounds of basil, tomatoes, and peppermint.
And so I connected basil, peppermint and tomatoes to the electrodes, and this is the result. There has been no treatment of the sound, change of notation, or additional instruments added, this is the pure and true sounds of the attached plant.
This is the first series of our Plant Wave music releases, and these are also available with our googly eye Merch......slip casted eyeballs, actual seeds to plant, and the sound recordings from the chosen plant - YOU CAN CHOOSE EITHER BASIL, TOMATO, or PEPPERMINT when you select the googly eyes.
N.B. these recordings are currently only available here, and not on Spotify, Amazon music, iTunes etc. Thanks for your support in this little side venture, each sale of this plant series, is the equivalent of over 2,000 listening ears on Spotify, your support enables us to produce more of these unique works.
